Particular attention should be given to language accuracy, coherence of argument, and visual clarity, as these elements play a decisive role in both peer review and production. Authors are expected to address all necessary revisions—especially those arising from reviewer feedback—prior to final acceptance. Failure to do so may lead to delays in publication or, in some cases, withdrawal from the editorial process.

Recognising that not all contributors have access to professional editing support, we actively aim to facilitate the preparation process and reduce avoidable obstacles. For this reason, we provide dedicated assistance through our Author Services page, where tailored support is available for language refinement and academic proofreading (covering not only linguistic accuracy, but also clarity of expression, coherence of argument, and alignment with scholarly conventions). These optional services are designed to help ensure that submissions meet the required academic and technical standards from the outset.

Certain authors may benefit from APC reductions or institutional support. Discounts may apply to members of affiliated academic societies, as well as to researchers whose institutions participate in Open Access support programmes or agreements.

Authors are also encouraged to consult their funding bodies or institutional policies, as many research grants explicitly allow the use of allocated funds to cover publication costs associated with Open Access, including APCs.
